(President: Hitoshi Murakami, Head Office: Chiba-shi, Chiba), a subsidiary of Seiko Holdings Corporation (President: Yoshinobu Nakamura, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo), and Development Bank of Japan Inc.
