Freescale Semiconductor MCF51AG 32-bit ColdFire? microcontrollers (MCUs) are low-power, high-performance devices operating at processor core speeds up to 50.33MHz. Freescale MCF51AG 32-bit ColdFire MCUs integrate technologies that are important for consumer and industrial applications such as DMA, intelligent event controller (iEvent), EWM, FTM/TPM modules, and CRC hardware accelerator. Freescale MCF51AG MCUs target intelligent smart appliance and industrial applications.

These Freescale devices have a peripheral set aligned to the needs of advanced 3-phase motor control to improve the overall energy efficiency of the application.
