Cooper Bussmann offers the PVCF Series Fast Acting CUBEFuse as a finger-safe fuse specifically designed to provide fast-acting protection for low-fault current conditions that occur in photovoltaic systems. CUBEFuse reduces panel space by 70% and is UL 2579 listed for use in 600VDC PV systems. The finger-safe construction minimizes the exposure to live parts, reducing hazard to personnel. Designed to withstand extreme conditions, these devices provide reliable performance in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 90°C with an amperage range from 35A to 100A and interrupt rating at 50kA DC. CUBEFuse is ideal for combiner boxes, re-combiner boxes, and DC safety switches.
