The XC6201P342MR-G offers low quiescent current, only 2.0μA in operation and is designed for use with low ESR ceramic capacitors. Capable of handling output currents over 250mA with low drop-out performance and built-in current limit circuit, the XC6201P342MR-G is ideal for a wide range of applications.
